A Vicarage Reimagined

When we were asked to modernise a magnificent North Devon vicarage, we couldn’t say no. With over eight bedrooms and bathrooms, extensive grounds to landscape, and the challenge of creating an additional floor in the attic, this was a project on a grand scale. We carried out a full renovation to the highest standards, working closely with Claire on the interiors to deliver a cohesive, elegant design. The result was nothing short of spectacular—a historic home, beautifully updated for modern living while retaining its timeless charm.

From Dated Semi to Dream Home

Our clients asked us to breathe new life into their 1930s semi-detached home—and we relished the challenge. We extended the ground floor to create a spacious living-dining area, opened up the kitchen, and added a practical utility room. Upstairs, a large loft conversion gave the teenagers their own private retreat, while outside we fully landscaped the garden for relaxed, alfresco living. The result: a transformed home that perfectly balances style, space, and family comfort.
