Managing Director
Saylan, born in Cornwall and raised amidst the majestic landscapes of Snowdonia, traded beaches and mountains for the dynamic allure of London. Still a keen outdoorsman, he firmly advocates that the best rewards come through hard work, whether that's hiking up a mountain or tackling complex construction challenges.
Saylan joined us at Director level, bringing an exceptional 15-year record in the London property market. His outstanding performance and vision quickly led to his appointment as Managing Director. Saylan's wealth of experience and dynamic approach continues to be an invaluable asset to both our clients and partners. Having spent eight years living in Highgate and Hampstead, he has a personal affection for the area, previously training and playing with Hampstead Rugby Club. His dedication to meticulous execution drives our project management focused approach to every build.
Claire
Construction Lead & Design Co-ordinator
After completing her degree in English Literature at Liverpool University, Claire worked in PR for a few years before deciding that the property world was where her true passion lay. She brings over 20 years’ experience in residential sales, having worked for both large corporate and smaller family firms, managing multiple branches. Claire is well-known for her wide scope of experience and knowledge of the sales market and prides herself on providing clients with outstanding customer service.
When the opportunity came to have her own agency, Claire didn’t hesitate, taking over Stonebridge & Co with Peter in 2017. With a strong interest in development and refurbishment, she has undertaken a wealth of projects both for herself and clients. As our Construction Lead, Claire is the main communicator between our site teams and our clients, ensuring you are always informed and engaged throughout your project. She also works closely with Alice on our design and interiors service, bringing creative flair and practical knowledge to every aesthetic decision. Claire regularly runs before work with her three dogs and loves gardening and entertaining friends and family when she has free time.
Peter
Head of Compliance & Budgets
Originally from Wales, Peter has lived all over the UK, having studied an Environmental Science Degree in Manchester before spending time in Kenya. Settling in London (Finsbury Park) for the last nine years, Peter now feels like an honorary Londoner.
He began his career in TV production, working on shows such as Britain's Got Talent and Alan Carr's Chatty Man, before transitioning to real estate in 2011. Peter gained invaluable experience selling high-end flats in the City, developing a wealth of knowledge in dealing with foreign buyers. He then spent six years with a London-wide corporate firm, managing branches in Muswell Hill and Marylebone, before becoming manager at a highly respected independent agency in Crouch End.
Having worked primarily with corporate agents, Peter recognised the need to offer clients a more personal service, where honest advice could help maximise property potential. At Stonebridge Construction, Peter’s focus is on compliance and budgets. He ensures that all projects adhere to regulations and are financially managed with precision, giving our clients full confidence in their investment. Peter, alongside Claire, is proud to have created a company that offers impeccable service and stand-out results, with many clients becoming firm friends along the way.
Fabio
Trades Co-ordinator
Fabio is the linchpin connecting our specialist trades to your project. He works tirelessly as the co-ordinator between individual trades, such as electricians and plumbers. Fabio ensures seamless integration of all technical aspects, from rewiring enquiries to plumbing and heating installations. His meticulous coordination ensures that all specialist works are executed efficiently, on schedule, and to the highest standards, playing a crucial role in the smooth running of every Stonebridge Construction project.
